Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I am pleased that I came across ClearWater Plumbers. After reaching out to another plumbing service that was not responsive, ClearWater immediately returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Victor and Chris, arrived at the time scheduled (and called to let me know there ETA). Work and repair was needed on an outside faucet. Victor did an evaluation and provided me with two options and an estimate. Given they were dealing with an older home and plumbing, they thought outside the box and were true problem solvers. Victor and Chris did the needed repair/replacement of the faucet and I could not be more thrilled with the level of service and craftsmanship. Certainly an A+ team!

Circle -E is my go to general contractor for all my home needs! The owners and technicians are always so timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. They really take the time to help me understand, so I can make the best decision for my house. I live in a house that was built in the 40s so it can be finicky. Circle-E fixed the old faucets in my guest shower that were original to the house and would not shut off, and most recently they replaced my entire electrical panel and brought me up to the 21st century so I can safely use my power.

I would highly recommend them for any service big or small you need done at your house!

What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my saved in case of need list!! Highly recommended!

He was 100% professional and friendly from the minute he arrived on the property and he worked hard to dig up the leaking water pipe leading to the house to replace with a new pipe.
