Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

Derek and AJ came out today after I made a last minute call last night per my neighbor's recommendation. The city called me to tell me I was showing continuous water usage (5K more gallons of water this month than last!!!) Plumbco called me this AM telling me there was a cancellation and sent their guys over asap. They identified exact location quickly, they were communicative, orderly and clean, and they were just very kind and professional. I appreciate what they did, they represented their company well! I'll be recommending them to whoever is looking for plumbing services. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Just all over great!!!!!

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

Came to my house twice, still couldn't fix my ac. Terrible service, very rude and un-professional.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. The lady at the desk was so kind and continued to follow up with me until she found an electrician who could visit my location and diagnose my issue. Mind you, I am a resident and not a business. I called multiple businesses and once I told them I am a resident and was not Industrial or small Business with an issue, they hung up on me. Tioga followed up, visited me, and were very courteous, not to mention knowledgeable, I recommend them to anyone. Much success!!

In a panic called Direct Source Plumbing. Amie was able to fit me in quickly which of course was an emergency with water flowing out of my wall. Yes I was able to turn off the valve but being the weekend needed water. Tyler came out, on time, explain my situation and fixed it quickly. I feel their prices are extremely extremely fair!!
