From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

No issues with tech or service...just WAY overpriced. $99 just to knock on your door and then hundreds for even the smallest repair. After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change... and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job....way too much). Buyer beware....looking for new go-to plumber.

We called Hawk because my father in law has been using their services for years. Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling and the upstairs unit wasn't working at all. They were able to come out same day and make all the repairs on both units at a reasonable price. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Hawk!
