Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. That is including permits and inspections. We feel God blessed us by sending Billy to take care of our needs. Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ask for Billy.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. Called Bravo's Plumbing due to a leaking outdoor faucet that was leaking behind the brick. They promptly arrived within 30 minutes of my call. It was not an emergency, they just happened to have someone nearby available. Josh quickly found the leak between the brick and wall and recommended a new hose bib (faucet). Finished the job in less than 45 minutes. He was very professional, wore shoe covers to not track debris into my home, and was very friendly. I would recommend this company to others for prompt service and fair pricing.

Evan & his Assistant Jason did a great job!They were dressed nice, & showed integrity.Although this visit was a routine visit to make sure everything was running properly they were very thorough!We like the fact of having what they call “Otter Club Membership “It’s a low fee it comes with a Water Heater Flush, scope all the drains, and plumbing inspection on everything considered plumbing.You should consider getting it if you don’t already. They provided a quick estimate to bury a gas line at our house. Once awarded, they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Kenneth Sanders was professional & informative about city code & my safety about how old my flue was from the water heater and how it was going to be replaced. He did a great job, made the area presentable & clean up the mess he made. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend this company.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

I'm very surprised at how many people have given this company 5 stars! Of course, I might have in the past. I have used them before and they came highly recommended. I first called on a Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call-back for an appointment. Either they weren't using the company number and didn't leave a message or no one called me back. I called the following Monday and made an appointment. They told me 8:45 on Wednesday. No one showed up. I finally called at 9:45 and got lots of excuses why they weren't on time. The repair person didn't arrive until almost 10. Most services give you a courtesy call to say they are on their way. I received no call for that or to say they were going to be late. They replaced a garbage disposal. That night, I realized something was leaking. I called early the next morning (8:00) and was told that my number would be passed on the office. At 9:00 I called again and asked if I was on the schedule. She said all she could do was pass my name on to the office again. So at 11:45, I called again. The man I spoke with said he would get me in today and someone would call me when they were on the way. Second repair person came around 3:00 without calling. He replaced some PVC but it was leaking after he left. The next person that called around 4 pm wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day, a Friday. I told them I couldn't be home before 4 and he said he'd call the next day. He didn't call back so I called around 9:30 see if I was on the schedule. The man who answered acted annoyed that I called but I hadn't been told if someone was coming out. I gave them 1 star because the first repair person was very friendly. The phone people acted annoyed each time I called back and I'll say the feeling was mutual. If you are willing to put up with the lack of communication and the disrespect, these are your folks.
UPDATE: I talked to a friend of mine who had a kitchen redo. Her contractor used this company and she wasn't impressed with their work. Maybe they have enough business through the contractor, they don't need regular customers.

Provided one price over the phone and another upon exit. The guys that were here stayed here for 3-4 hours only to replace a wax ring on one toilet and they charged me excessively over $400.

Carissa and her team came out to replace my moms water heater and did an amazing job. They were able to get to it quickly so that she wasn’t out of hot water for very long at all. They were very professional and would highly recommend them!

Jon had come out to do the installation of a brand new hot water heater he did some excellent work would highly suggest using him again

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time !
