John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Cannot recommend Northeast Mechanical enough! We have been using them for the last 3-4 yrs. They call and schedule bi-yearly servicing for our systems but also they handled our new heating install Nov 2021. We had some recent issues with the system (not due to Northeast) but they were so helpful and understanding in frustrating times. Treat their customs like family and just all around pleased! Josh and all of his team were so professional and amazing!

When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

They made Wrong Griffen my bad rolphgriffin look busted ... Oh wait they said my central air looked busted, they wouldn't touch it ... Guess what it isn't works great so cold now
