Best Sewer Lines in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I have them come out 2x and both time they have been awesome really quick and super honest and helpful on how to maintain my plumbing . I think his name was Cory or Cody super nice guy and very helpful

We had a leak in our dining room coming from our master bathroom. I called at 10 and they said they would get there by noon. To my pleasant surprise they got to our house a little before 11! They were knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the job. They explained as they worked. Thanks so much!

I've utilized Gene's several times since moving into a rather old home in North Highlands in 2013. EVERY time, they have been friendly, professional and informative. They even fixed a problem that another plumber (that I had to use because of a homeowner's contract that the previous owner had purchased when he sold the house)! In fact, I am calling Gene's this morning because I had a brain fart and put chicken and noodles down my disposal, something I was told not to do the last time I clogged my drain! I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. Best decision ever, I have unlimited hot water! Best part is, I didn't have to wait weeks, it was next day service. They have my recommendation.

My main sewer line was clogged, and I called AAA Sewer literally from a google search and no other context. I was genuinely pleased with my experience with them from the first phone call, to the updates about arrival time and the technician who would be coming out, to going above and beyond by not only solving the problem but doing their best to understand and explain why I had a problem in the first place and continuing to work until the job was well done. Prices are also reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone who finds themself needing sewer or plumbing services! 👍🏼

The only positive was that they had someone available the next day. Everything else was downhill from there.

I was given a price on the phone to clear a drain but when the guy showed up he told me he charges by the hour not the price I was given. So of course he turns out to be the slowest guy in the world. Not only did he move slowly, he keep taking breaks and also liked to talk a lot. Ultimately he did not have the right tools to do the job so that was a total waste of my money. Why be efficient or effective when you can get rich being an incompetent sloth? He told me I needed to call someone to do a camera inspection. On his page it says he does camera inspections, but he said he doesn't. When I do find people who do camera inspections, they all tell me camera inspections can not be done if the drain is not clear first. I finally find someone else who knew what they were doing to clear the drain with no problems.

Everybody I spoke with was polite and competent. Prompt response to an emergency. Completely willing and able to undertake a commercial drain issue. The technician was polite, respectful, professional and completely capable of evaluating and rectifying the problem in a very timely manner. Rooter Services is now on my permanent go-to list.
