At 6:00AM I woke up to a growing puddle of water in my garage coming from my water heater .... UGH! I immediately called Korte. By 9:30AM (same day) I had a brand-new water heater. Korte was very timely in fitting us in the same day I called about a plumbing clog. Neal was extremely helpful, communicated everything going on and to do, did the work efficiently and successfully. He is a super service professional and I appreciate him and Korte for our Thursday plumbing solution.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
