They were recommended by Home Depot. Austin came out and fixed the pilot light on the water heater. He advised that the heater was old and needed replacing. A couple of days later we had him come back out to give us a new water heater. He did it in the time he said, and did a great job. We are very pleased with them.

Going through a large remodel we have dealt with multiple contractors and subs--It has been a process finding ones that we trust and provide good work. Mark and everyone at A Hattersley have exceeded expectations at every turn. Not only are the professional, meet every deadline, have great communication but the quality of work is unmatched. My only regret is that they weren't the first plumbing company we called.

Sebastian was hard working. He arrived early and did a great job. I never saw him take a break the whole time he was here, and he was here for a day and a half. My husband found him to be very knowledgeable! He definitely knows what he is doing.

Rodney has been to my house more than once. He is so honest when he doesn't have to be and a total joy to be around. They come to your house as soon as possible. I have gotten same day service every time I've called. They go the extra mile. I encourage everyone to use them for your heating and plumbing problems. You won't be sorry!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
