We signed up for the maintenance plan service. The service tech came out at the scheduled time, performed the scheduled maintenance on our furnace and was very friendly. I would recommend Rolf Griffin for emergency as well as for scheduled maintenance for your heating and cooling system.Update to our original post - Two service technicians (Chuck and Ben) came out this morning (08/16/2022) for the scheduled cleaning and maintenance on our air conditioning system. Again, excellent service. The techs arrived on time, presented themselves very professionally, and completed the service as promised. A first class operation.

Jason was great. Fixed our issues. But pricey but you get what you pay for and who wants to have plumbing not done right the first time?

Our Korte technician called before coming to our home as promised. Ryan M came out right after a snow storm and below freezing temps to service our generator. His friendly personality makes it a pleasure to have him around! He also does a wonderful job maintaining our generator!
