House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

~$300 for them to not fix anything. Very disappointed.

Have called Northside Plumbing several times for small projects and most recently for a large project. They were very responsive and helpful when setting up a time to come to the house. The workers were kind and courteous and, at the completion of the project, all the mess was cleaned!

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

I've utilized Gene's several times since moving into a rather old home in North Highlands in 2013. EVERY time, they have been friendly, professional and informative. They even fixed a problem that another plumber (that I had to use because of a homeowner's contract that the previous owner had purchased when he sold the house)! In fact, I am calling Gene's this morning because I had a brain fart and put chicken and noodles down my disposal, something I was told not to do the last time I clogged my drain!
