J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

I have used them for years. They really do a quality job! And their commercials are pretty funny too....Recommend!

I have used Poormans for both a whole new HVAC system and also a new water heater/softener. Both experiences with them were top notch. The new HVAC system was a slightly better experience mostly from the speed at which the whole thing happened, but I was told that the water softeners are made to order before we even started. In either case, from the start with a no pressure in home estimate to the finish with final payment Poormans seemed like a great company to place my trust in. I have no regrets, and I would do it again.

We are really happy with Summers Heating and Cooling. They do a great job and Chad, our service tech, is always very friendly and knowledgeable about maintenance and preventative options. We appreciate the opportunity to work with him on keeping our HVAC equipment in good working order!
