Best Thermostat Repair in El Paso TX

They have rescheduled my appointment already like 6 times. They don't call me back when they don't go. I have call back and they sometimes don't answer me. Very unprofessional. Still haven't come to fix my refrigerator since February.

Bad experiences with this company. I bought an AC through Lowes and this is who they partnered with for the install. I got the unit last year and have had nothing but issues with it. It freezes up constantly at Temps it should be able to handle. However every time I have called (although the people answering the phones aren't the most helpful or friendly) the techs have always come right out and have been helpful. They are now installing another intake vent to the unit so it has better airflow and this should take care of the issue but would have been nice if this was thought of during the install. Overall; with the issues with the install and susquent issues every time with getting then to come out and comminciation I would recommend you find another company to use
