We had a gas line reconfigured and gas dryer installed that Lowes could not do. They were prompt, polite and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We will be using Jeff's for all our plumbing needs.

I have relied on Innovative Trades for many years now, and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and/or electrical work. I met Rudy for the first time in our rental home, and he was so kind to my autistic son who tends to be wild and unpredictable. Rudy explained what he was doing and even let my son help with some of the work. That was a solid move, so when we bought our own home, I hired Innovative Trades to make some major and minor electrical work to make the house livable. I have had this team in my house many times since, and will continue to call them for any problems, repairs, or upgrades I have. Even when something is stressfully wrong, I know that my call is going to be answered and handled politely. I know when I see the Innovative Trades truck outside, my home needs are going to be fixed properly the first time and my family is going to be respected.

Very professional and timely experience. Alex & Johnny gave me a courtesy call to give me an ETA on their arrival. They were not late! Both were courteous, professional and let me know ahead of time about time to repair, costs, and informed meabout a valve that may become an issue in the future. Old -fashioned customer service !!
