Called Ray out for an emergency my kitchen sink was clogged from the top and leaking from the bottom. He came within 20 minutes fixed the issue. He charged us an excellent rate for being an emergency.

He did one simple thing to our garbage disposal he wasn’t even here for more than fifteen minutes and charged way too much. Don’t call him. Go with a plumber with a reasonable hourly rate instead. Lesson learned for us. We won’t be calling him again. He didn’t even fully fix the issue.

Days later we still have a leak in the same place. Call him about 20 times in three days and never came back. Be aware that once he leaves he won’t return and no guarantees

I have had Ray do several jobs for me. Ray is extremely knowledgable and has great skills. I highly recommend Plumbing Xpress for all plumbing including gas plumbing.

I called within in an hour he was here, his job was very presentable and was very clean. If you all need plumbing done up to code and an affordable price in your area call Plumbing Xpress.

Our water heater starting leaking and it was not discovered until midnight on a Saturday night. I requested a service call at 12:15 and Ray responded at 12:30 am with a time he could come look at it. He was personable, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Called a few places and was given a run around. He showed up and fixed the problem. Visiting from out of town and mom had a pipe burst due to the cold. Fast and friendly work!!

Where to begin...
1.- Ray came to give us the estimate to re-route some pipes from one wall to the other, it was stated that the job was with copper pipes no less
2.- Did not show up at time of job, did not called or anything until finally stated had some car trouble and would make it the next morning... well let’s just say he made it that afternoon
3.- on the day he actually showed up completed the job with plastic pipes and made it seemed as it was as agreed... left the site only for us to discover soon after leaving that there was a leak on two pipes.... had to shutdown the main water
4.- we called him right away and he did not answer and sent us to automatic voicemail that they were closed for the weekend

Long story I know but SAVE your money and never call Ray and his workers they are a scam!

I DO NOT recommend. The quote may be lower than other companies, but quality of materials and workmanship are not worth it, in my opinion.

Highly recommend for routine and emergency plumbing. Ray is accountable, reliable, timely, professional, reasonable, and skilled. I trust Ray’s professional opinions and work productivity. I will always keep Plumbing Xpress as my number one go-to for any plumbing needs.

Had Ray come out and check a leak on my water heater, yep needed a new water heater, a day later he came out and installed a new one very clean work very impressed with Ray. He has done a toilet install for me also very happy with that. Only one complaint Ray is a very busy man and it was hard pinpointing an hour of him getting to the house, he did come on the day he said he would just a lot later, will be using him again he really does good work

I had a very positive experience with Ray. I had a water heater at home spring a leak and my home warranty hired a plumber who would replace the tank under the warranty but threw in $390 of modifications that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. I'm a lay person, but I knew something was up when they demanded to do modifications for an identical water heater replaced under warranty. Don't get ripped off by the modifications scam. Ask for the cash out option and hire Ray to get it done.

Ray is a very skilled plumber and his work is high quality. We called Ray to identify and fix a gas leak in the kitchen and he did a wonderful job. He was on time, he explained everything, a very honest gentleman. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and the price.

I called Ray on New year's Eve for help with an emergency leak in my restroom. He was professional, thorough and fast. Price for the job completed was very reasonable. I plan on using Plumbing Xpress again in the future.

I highly recommend this plumber.

I would give him 0 stars. Very unprofessional. I am letting the photos speak for themselves, but will explain as well. Ray was supposed to do sewer work at my home, which he did. But I have yet to find the clean out that Ray was supposed to install. After finishing the job, which they left my front yard totally messed up, (as in, we will have to hire a landscaper to fix it) I have texted him twice to have him come and show me where exactly this clean out is. He and his worker supposedly left it underground, which is pretty stupid, and makes me doubt that they even installed it. He just keeps telling me he'll be here later on today, and doesn't show up. Giving him a few more days to show up. If no show, we are taking the next step, legal and/or with the Texas Association of Plumbers, if that is what it takes to find out where or if there even is, a clean out. This is how they left my fairly recently landscaped front yard, although we provided them with the plastic to lay it and put back the rocks as they originally were. I am not taking down this honest review with proof, until Ray shows up and responds for his job.

10/10 Day of service and at a much lower cost than competitors, Also did not up-charge on any of the project like other services would.

Ray is the most unreliable, unprofessional and deceitful plumber in El Paso. Not only did he not show up on the day of our appointment but when he did show up, he left the job half done, with leaks and asked for full payment. This was the worse experience with a contractor. Don't waste your time and money!!!

Ray has assisted me on a few occasions with plumbing issues at some of my rental properties. Each time he has gone above and beyond what was negotiated. As for some of the comments I read in regard to his timeliness, if you have any experience with home repair, you should know that unforeseen issues tend to come up. As is such in his line of work when he sets appointments. I think he and I have set realistic expectations about when projects need to get done and at what urgency level which is why I am completely satisfied with his performance. The only reason I would not utilize his services is if he told me he cannot help me out. I encourage you to support local small business owners such as him.

Had the plumbing under my kitchen sink replaced to fix a leak on 11/15/20... Noticed it was still leaking a couple of weeks later and contacted him about it on 12/1/20... His only reply was Did I do that job?... Contacted him again on 12/10/20 and he asked for my address and never showed up. Also said he would text me a copy of my receipt because he was out of them and had to go buy more and never did. Pictures are of the water that has collected under the sink since he fixed it as well as the texts between us.

Excellent service and price. Excellent and friendly customer service. I would work with Plumbing Xpress again if I needed help with plumbing in the future.
