Best HVAC Duct in El Paso TX

Six month ago I left the following review and 5 stars. So when my dishwasher broke this week I did not hesitate to call El Paso Appliance Repair. I set an appointment last Saturday for the following Monday, between 7-9 AM. I get emails and messages confirming my appointment, including a message at at 6:30 AM saying Gabi is on the way. But no-one shows up by 9 AM. I call them at 9:30 AM, no-one answers the phone but I leave a message, and 24 hours later, no-one has called me back. Is this place still in business? I'll look elsewhere to have my dishwasher repaired. (Full disclosure: the owner finally contacted me at 8 PM after reading this review. Good luck with your business.)

My aging fridge finally broke. George not only was able to diagnose and repair it quickly, but was professional and cordial the entire time, and explained every charge individually. A+ service.

Very good work, professional and on time. Explained and showed me each step of the installation even showed me photos of the work that was done on the roof since I cannot climb on the roof myself. Cleaned up the area where the work was done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Micah the Plumber arrived by to investigate the leak and rust on our current 40 gallon water heater. He was nice and informative. We decided to upgrade to tankless, couldn’t have been handled better. Thank you!
