Absolutely wonderful!
very polite, professional and helpful.
It is so refreshing to find a business that WANTS you as a customer.
I'm a DIYer so the best thing was they never made my questions sound stupid because I'm not a professional Plumber/tradesman like Ferguson or Passage or the infamous Border supply (worst in town by far!).
I will certainly go back again and again.
* Hint : park in back behind chain link fence. Your soccer mom van will look great next to all the plumbing vans and trucks who park there like they own the place! Ha ha ha!

On time with projected arrival time given. Very friendly, polite, but professional. Had a high school apprentice, looking into options after high school. Explained proper maintenance to extend the life of garbage disposal, and things not to do. Left work area clean. Very satisfied with company and it representatives. Will add to contacts for future issues.

The owner of this company is very unprofessional. Not only did he not know what he was talking about, but he wasted my time. I have no plumber experience, but once he left I was able to temporarily fix my water heater. Stay away from this company unless you want to be cussed out the way I was.
