I was looking for a highly-rated, independent plumber in North Raleigh to replace my water heater. David promptly returned my call, was very accommodative with my schedule, and arrived when he said he would. David is affable, reasonably priced, and competent in his trade. I will use David at Plumbing Services of Raleigh again and I recommend him for plumbing repairs without hesitation.

Matt and helper were very good at communicating their arrival time. Their work was fast and very professional. I was very surprised at how fast they were to repair our toilet. Kudos to these guys

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Full Stack Plumbing is fantastic. I have used their services multiple times. They always arrive on time and they do a great job. The work is always done right and it's usually cheaper than I expected it to be. I have no reason to call any other plumber because Full Stack is the best around.

Tommy was excellent. He provided a 5⭐️ Complimentary HVAC Evaluation & Maintenance Service on our 21 and 16 year old units. He reviewed the systems, took pictures and explained the condition of each unit. He went the extra mile to check the crawl space and the internal workings of the R22 units for potential build up of micro growth and the effects this mold could have if blown through the ductwork vents, that come into the home. He explained the more concerning areas of the systems and what appeared okay. He showed us the readings and what was in and out of range. Jimmy is pretty darn awesome. My husband and I bought a renovated house and got the surprise of major plumbing issues and backups. Prompt response from Gene, who called ahead to confirm appt. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very personable and wore ppe and booties to protect my floors. Repair was successfully completed in less than 1/2 hour. I will use this company again when a plumber is needed in the future.
