I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Beware: Total ripoff, Rep came to my home for gas leak repair. Already know the location for leak and pointed out when rep came. Did a gas leak test with bubbles in that location only. Then replace a 1/2 Male Flare x 1/2 Male Pipe adapter which cost around 5-10 bucks. Ended up paying $571 after $70 discount. Just to come and look they said they will change $109. They charged $362 for the pipe adapter and Bubble test. The bubble test liquid they used is $16 on amazon.

We've been customers of Streamline Services for a few year now, and have always been very happy with how responsive and timely they are. We recently made the decision to do a plumbing upgrade for our entire home, and to add a full house water filtration system. A big thank you to Steven Cravey, the primary technician, for the truly beautiful - almost artistic - work that he did. The pipes are so neatly installed, that you almost have to search for them along our crawlspace ceiling. Big difference compared to how some of our old pipes were hanging in the air. Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
