My water heater broke and after getting a very high quote from another company I called Full Stack on a Thursday at 0800. They fit me in to give a quote by 1100 and offered to schedule my replacement the next day or Saturday, whatever was most convenient. A very low pressure environment where they encouraged me to see what fit my budget. Out of Lowes, ARS, Dr. Drain, and Home Depot they were the most affordable, timely, and highest quality.

My only regret of the entire process is I didn’t call them first. I would have saved myself a lot of stress

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Connor did a great job, friendly, professional, on time, had the problem figured out quickly and went right to work fixing it. Would definitely recommend.Adding to the review, since the damaged pipe caused extensive damage, great job from Charles, Darrell and the water mitigation specialists, as well as from Adam for repairing another pipe. Hopefully that's the end of this stuff, but these guys were all great for professionally managing a big problem.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Sean Smithbailey saved the day! Our hall toilet would randomly run, and squeal when filling the bowl (what a great thing at 2AM!). After replacing parts over the past year and never really fixing the issue I finally had it and called in the expert. Sean replaced all the parts he could, put it all back together and we've had no issues since. Fast, clean, and done right. Will keep him on my auto dial for future needs.

When we were moving into our house and setting up our laundry room I noticed the hot water was leaking where the hose connected to the wall. Called Waite and they came out the same day which was awesome. The guy came in changed the spouts and was on his way, quick response, top notch service and reasonable prices.

I have used Brown Brothers for plumbing issues at my house and the houses I have listed (I am a broker) and they are always professional, courteous, on time, and most importantly, able to get the issue corrected!!! They are a family owned large business and I am glad they are there for all of us in this area.

They deceive customers

Eugene was awesome! Very kind and professional! He pinpointed the issue immediately and resolved my leaky faucet. Kudos Eugene for coming out on Sunday and resolving my issue! Price was affordable and service was exceptional.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
