I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Very knowledgeable, on time and professional. Made a couple of repairs/replacements on septic field lines due to roots and crushed pipe. Did not try to talk me into replacing more than was needed at this time. Hutch was referred to me by the oringinal installer and I would not hesitate to call again.
