I have used this company several times and won't call anyone else. They are reliable and fair. Always willing to offer suggestions but they don't push you into services that you don't really need. Great prices that you won't be able to beat. I have shopped around with other plumbers and they were not comparable to service and price. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

They were great, it's never a fun time when you need a plumber, but you'll certainly be glad they came.

I had an emergency water heater failure. Each time they came out they were very COVID responsible, very respectful and efficient. They amazed me with how quick they were to respond and how safe they were about their repair.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

I recently hired Total Plumbing to relocate some water supply lines for new toilets and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, Reagan was friendly and efficient. The day the work took place Bobby arrived on time, quickly identified what needed to be done and resolved the issue, and left my home clean. i have used Sparrow Plumbing since 1986. they did the original plumbing in my house and a variety of issues . In the past they were prifessional,courteous and interested in the customer. recently after surgery i need to have i inline filter replaced. i called and ask that if someone was near my house perhaps so.eone would change this for me. Not an emergency. A plumber came . I gave him the filter and less than 15 minutes it was changed Sparrow sent a bill for $125 That is $500 per hour. When i suggested this was gouging they reduced the cost to $106. The peopke who built Sparrow obviously are not there any more. I was willing to pay but not gouging prices. In the past this would not have happened.Not sure who is running the business but the word family is gone from the firm

Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!
