I have used this company several times and won't call anyone else. They are reliable and fair. Always willing to offer suggestions but they don't push you into services that you don't really need. Great prices that you won't be able to beat. I have shopped around with other plumbers and they were not comparable to service and price. Highly recommend.

Sam and his team were very good to work with. My remodel project was challenging and a few issues came up but they dealt with each one and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Very flexible and allowed me to work on aspects of the project to help me save some money. If you are doing a remodel project I would recommend them.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

We had our garbage disposal replaced.

Their drivers are completely irresponsible. Legitimately ran me off the road full well knowing I was right there. They were going 20mph over the speed limit in a neighborhood road to get in front of me (no one was behind me) and decided to run me off the road just to get one car ahead.

Ethan came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours of our initial phone call. He promptly sussed and fixed the electrical connection to the brand new water heater installed by another company. We have hot water again! We will be doing business with Joseph Rose plumbing again. Thank you!

Very professional! My hot water went out and Bar D Plumbing fixed it instead of trying to sell me an expensive new one. I have since used them for a clogged kitchen sink and felt the price was more than reasonable.

Incredible professional service! John came to our home today to fix a broken water pipe in the ceiling. Needless to say we were worried that it would be a huge mess. John knew exactly what was going on, opens up the ceiling and fixed the pipe while keeping the mess minimal with drop cloths and covers for His boots. He was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was! Thank you guys so much!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My pipes were clogged and leaking for 2 years!!! I’ve had numerous plumbers come out and tell me nothing was wrong but i kept getting $400 water bills in a one family home i called 1800plumbers they had a plumber out the next day and found out the toilet stopper had corroded inside the toilet and was continuously running for years they fixed the issue and filled a hole in one of the pipes within hours. Great workers and great customer service will definitely recommend to others.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

I called, and in less than 24 hours my disposal is working and the new faucet is installed. They even were able to send a technician a little earlier than promised.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure.
