I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Curry was very prompt and friendly but also displayed a professional demeanor. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. Pricing was fair and communication was clear. I would recommend Full Stack Plumbing time and time again!

Contacted Jane at JR Lane plumbing yesterday afternoon. Described to her what I needed. She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. Super quick turn around! I called and someone was out here within 15 mins to immediately help with our sewer back up issue. Fixed the problem within a couple hours of the issue occurring and recommended easy fix to our problem (roots growing inside sewer main). Definitely recommend!

Fantastic! This was to replace the entire water line to my house. Several challenges: long distance, difficult terrain (wooded lot on downslope of a hill), pipe enters house under a low porch. They were able to do it without digging a trench, and worked around my Japanese Maple. Next day the yard looked completely undisturbed. i highly recommend this company.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I recently had two appointments with Sparrow and Sons inside of one week at two different locations. They got us on the schedule within 24-48 hours, were excellent communicators, showed up exactly in the time frame they said they would, and did excellent work quickly and efficiently. They are highly skilled and competent, and they don’t dawdle. They get in and they get out. 10/11 would recommend.
