I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

CW showed up on Saturday morning and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. CW was able to help us out with a blockage in our drains due to roots. He knew exactly what to do, identified the issue, resolved the situation, and got us back up in running in no time. We have had issues with other plumbing companies in the past. CDK plumbing is fabulous! I highly recommend them. We have been dealing with water heater and hot water issues since building our house 2.5 years ago. CDK was our third plumber and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately and worked with us to resolve the issue which involved a new water heater and recirculation pump. And the underlying issue was something the builder's plumber should have been aware of + the inspector who didn't catch it.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Very professional guys. Rerouted our water main, in good time, and for a good price. Left property looking better than expected, and even offered to do some extra landscaping stuff at no extra charge. (We declined, but appreciated the offer!)

We'll have them back out in October to replace the water heater.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
