Our hot water heater went out unexpectedly and based on recommendations on Next Door I contacted After Hours Plumbing. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours which was awesome! Nate called to let me know when he would be there and he arrived right on time. Nate let us know everything he needed to do to fix the water heater and provided an estimate. He was able to fix our water heater quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend After Hours and especially Nate enough! Will use them for any future plumbing needs!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

CW and the team did a great job with our bathroom project. Easy to schedule, showed up when they said they would, and were professional throughout the process. My go to plumber in the Chapel Hill area.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Jonathan was an amazing and extremely knowledgeable tech who was very helpful and made it easy for me to understand everything that was going on.

We received three quotes to replace our 20 year old gas water heater. Lane plumbing gave a quote 15 and 30% lower than companies we had used in the past, but we were impressed with Mr. Lane's helpful knowledge and felt comfortable entrusting his crew to do the job. Marc was the plumber who did the install, and we were very impressed with his skill and thoroughness in doing the job. We would definitely use Lane Plumbing in the future. (It turned out that there was a miscommunication on the original quote, which still would have been below the next higher quote, but Mr. Lane resolved it in our favor.) Thank you Lane Plumbing!

Ethan was prompt, responsive, and took care of the issue. Very professional service and highly communicative. Definitely our go-to plumber for any services we might need in the future.

Jaden, has been on our technical team servicing our home for the past year shortly after we closed on the home. He knows our system, he installed it. He is an outstanding resource. Glad to have our guy hanging in with us and taking care of our home.Steven was outstanding. Came by to finish up a project we recently started. And was able to give me great feedback on some effective points for upcoming projects we will be taking on as we expand our home.Tristan was able to sure up our safety measures on our electrical and get me prepped for next phase of the garage/shop space.

These guys did a great job and gave us good advice that saved us money & resulted in a better final product. Very professional, conscientious team and worked with our schedule.

Bar D Plumbing was able to respond to my service request for my water heater within 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me quotes for replacing the malfunctioning part and for replacing the water heater entirely as mine is rather old (but they did not sell or pressure me into replacing the unit). When I asked to replace the part it was ordered immediately, and the plumber returned to my home to install it the next day. I will be using Bar D Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Very courteous and friendly on the phone.
But I could not afford $1295 to fix a broken water line that I had already dug up. So after a trip to the hardware store and less than $15 I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes.
Just a little too much for me but nice people.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.
