My experience with Neil Devlin/the company has been very positive. Direct talk, friendly, honest and very reasonable. Great place to do business with. No complaints at all. Strongly recommend.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We experience nothing short of perfect customer service. Joe and Adam on the Plumbing team and Walter on the HVAC team provided us detailed reports and made sure we did not invest in services we did not need. There was nothing they could’ve done better. I’m lucky to have called the company and the company is lucky to have these technicians on their staff.

Professionalism, on time. Responsive, and great work . Great cleanup after work performed. Would definitely recommend this company for your Plumbing needs.

Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

Do your homework before hiring a plumber, or else you'll get ripped off by the technician. A while ago, one of the techs was only supposed to find the septic tank. He decided to dig as well and charge almost $300. I guess he thought that he could milk money from an older couple and pocket the money under the company's nose. It's not the first time he did this to the couple but it will be the last. I was so close to making sure that he was out of a job but I will let karma take care of that.

Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.

I have used them twice. Both times excellent service and work.

Able to find/detect and replace a break in my waste line from tree roots, replace an ice maker supply valve and a fill valve in a toilet quickly and professionally

They charge a $55 fee just to come look. There are other companies that will come out and look for free.
