I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a feeling it would be a great experience when I called to make the appointment and a person answered the phone!!!!! Woody and Ben were extremely helpful, showed up when they said they were going and they immediately saw the challenge, fixed it promptly, and the price was really reasonable. Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Would I hire Lane Plumbing in the future - you bet...in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!!!

Joe ran a line from my propane tank to my stove. It took him a little over a day to dig the trench, run the pipe, do the conversion in the stove, get it inspected and cover up the trench. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t think twice about calling him the next time I need a plumber.

Very disappointing customer service.
I called requesting an estimate for a new residential water heater. They requested detailed pictures of my existing unit which I immediately sent along with my exact replacement specifications.
The following week I had to again contact them regarding the status of my estimate. Later that day they gave me an estimate for a water heater much smaller than my existing and what I had requested. Once this information was corrected and I requested a revised estimate, they never got back to me despite me calling and texting them to inquire further about my estimate.
Just pitiful customer service when they act like they don't even want your businsess if possibly you don't want the generic water heater they happen to have in stock and want to sell you. I never even heard from the owner with a possible explanation of why they could not or would not do this relatively simple job.

To me, There is no other plumbing company in The North Raleigh/ Wake Forest area. Call them first

You don't need to look any further for a good plumbing company. I've had other plumbers in the past, but now I'll stick with Legacy. Shaun was very thorough, pleasant and professional . He even took the extra time to educate me concerning my plumbing issues and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
