We called them to get a second opinion after a previous plumber told us we had to replace all of our toilets and he was able to fix 2 toilets without replacement - saving us thousands of dollars according to the quote from our first plumber. This was our second great experience with them so for sure using this company in the future!

A fencing company hit our main water line leaving us with no water. Called Wake Forest Plumbing and they had a guy out within a few hours. They were very fair with us, made the repair, and had our water back on within 45 minutes. Great customer service and honest and fair with the prices charged. We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

Wallace Chambers was punctual and thorough. I had several issues for him to address and he did so efficiently. He did have to go in the crawl space and while he was down there he looked around for potential issues. He explained the work he completed and possible issues very clearly. I highly recommend him.
