David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

I have been using Doug and his team at After Hours Plumbing for a few years now. I will never use another plumbing company, as they are the best I've ever worked with. I've had the pleasure of working with Doug, Nick, and Alfredo over the last couple of years and they all are top notch and incredibly professional & knowledgeable. Axis replaced my 20 years old water tank yesterday and I had chance to meet with the owner Joe and his crew Cam and another crew member later join them to move the 75gal heavy tank from the attic. They professionally cover the stairways with plastics and use blankets to soak any potential drips from the tank. The whole process was fast and professionally carried out. I am most impressed by Cam. He was very polite and courteous during the whole process from setting up to finishing and cleaning up. I also patiently explain how to safely use the water tank under both normal and emergency situation. I strongly recommend Axis Plumbing and will get their help for all future projects.

Bar D plumbing has been extremely responsive in many situations. Today we had a gas leak in our water heater -that they did not even install. They came so quickly to repair it. This company is so professional and responsible. Thank you!

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
