Our 22-year-old water heater finally died. I called David Monday morning, and he rapidly and professionally replaced the water heater with a new one on the same day. We agreed to a price before he started, and when complete, he said it didn't require as much effort as he expected and charged me $200 less. What plumber does that? I highly recommend the Plumbing Services of Raleigh!

Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Not only was their response to my call quick and professional, Nate who came to perform our service was extremely friendly - he not only efficiently repaired our garbage disposal but also gave me helpful maintenance tips to ensure things will keep running smoothly. I was thrilled not to have to replace the whole unit! 10/10 will be using After Hours for all of my future plumbing needs.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

The folks at Axis are professional experts. We had a toilet leak days after moving into our new place, and after another company came out and couldn't help, we called Axis. Our pump alarm started sounding and we needed someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Bar D was recommended by a trusted contractor when our regular plumber wasn't certain they could get us in on the same day. Bar D was super responsive and came out the same day within a few hours. The technician was professional and informative. He let us know what the issue was and how he was going to address it problem and took care of it. I would use Bar D again.

I removed a closet / pantry as part of a kitchen remodel. There were supply lines and waste lines for an upstairs laundry room located in one of the walls for removal. Warren & Sons relocated the lines to another wall location that was to remain. They did great work, were very nice in my home, left the job neat, and gave me a great price. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I’m the owner of a property management company here in the Triangle and Greene Hunt is my go to plumbing company for my personal home, my rental homes, and the properties I manage for others. Many of the other property managers at my company also love and use GH as their go to plumbing company. I’ve worked with numerous plumbers throughout the 10 years I’ve been active in real estate and what I like about Greene Hunt is the quality of work they provide (they know what they’re doing), their communication (they are always upfront and proactive to call when something in the scope of work/price has changed which is not common among trades people), their timeliness and their professionalism with my clients, my tenants, and me. However, the most telling hurdle in relationships of any kind (personal or business) is how people react when things don’t go according to plan. I had GH install a pump for a tankless water heater and the pump they purchased turned out to be faulty. When I notified them that the pump had gone kaput after only a month of use, they immediately came out to assess the issue, and ordered and installed a new (different brand) pump within a week (no questions or extra charges on my end). I love a company that stands by their work and goes above and beyond to treat their customers well and that’s GH in a nutshell.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price. I will use them for my next plumbing project. Highly recommend them.

We're very satisfied with the service that JD Service provided us to resolve our main sewer line clogging problem. The technician David was knowledgeable and he quickly identified the issue. He even dug out the street clean-out and removed two big tree roots to clear the pipe before the actual repair began. The technician (I think it's Andy) doing the repair was also very good and professional. We will definitely use their service in the future.

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!
