Fun fact I purchase a larger 12,000 btu complete unit precharged and delivered next day for 980 with all the fixings. This did not even include flushing or checking for leaks. Please shop around as this company does not have your best interest in mind. Please pay the service fee, smile and tell everyone you know about your experience and call another company. The service tec was nice.
