Our water heater was leaking and stopped working. We called around to see who can help us immediately. One place mentioned in three weeks!!
We called Plumbing Services of Raleigh, and David said he could come out the same day. And he did relatively quickly! AND it was his birthday! Talk about great customer service.
He and his team did such a great job, and they were so friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again.

Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

These guys are great. They always take time to explain everything they are doing. I never feel like I’m getting upcharged, they do great work and are prompt. Just overall great people that are knowledgeable and do a great job.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

Definitely recommended. I called after I had struggled to get through to and schedule a well-known plumber whom a friend recommended, pretty concerned because water was gushing up out of my front yard (think artesian well) and creating a waterfall into the storm drain, & sweeping huge amounts of sediment into the creek on my property line, despite my efforts to control it, shut off water to my house, contact the city, etc. (As a water scientist, the creek part bothered me, but also, of course, I was afraid I was running up a huge water bill.) Jayk's answered promptly and came right out. The poor guy who got stuck with the job (might have been Louis, but this was a year or two ago, and I forget) neatly and persistently dug out probably a few cubic meters of my front yard (and didn't even kill the plants in my straggly garden like the AT&T cable-laying folks did in the same area) with a shovel, in what I remember to be rather intense heat, and remained calm and good-natured through the whole ordeal. By exposing the pipes (and which way the water was flowing, via which holes continued to gush), he was able to demonstrate that the water was coming not from pipes that belonged to me, but from a city water main with an unusual bend into my yard. (Under, or at least nearer the street is normal.) The folks at Jayk's charged me a ridiculously low price for this service (way less than usual for a plumber; can't have covered their expenditures) because they hadn't been able to actually solve the problem; they can't mess with the city's pipes. However, Jayk's gave me the evidence I needed to persuade the city government to check their maps, realize that I actually did have a city water main in my yard, and send out a team to fix it, which was an entertaining production involving five or six jolly guys and a backhoe, but only about twice as much earth movement as that one guy from Jayk's did on his own by hand. Remarkable.

My pipe had bursted on Christmas day. I called the next day and scheduled an appointment the same day. Plumber showed up on time, investigated the area that needed service and only took about 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job. Very pleased with the service.

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Responded within an hour of inquiry and came the same day. Did a great job unclogging the drain in a house we just bought where it was clear that previous owners did not address the problem for some time. CK's Plumbing has done two jobs for me. They've repaired and replaced antiquated plumbing associated with an upstairs bathtub and they uninstalled/reinstalled a garbage disposal. The reinstall of the garbage disposal required a demanding and difficult re-piping of an old and complicated plumbing system under my town home. I appreciated Ray and Andrew's work ethic and dedication to completing the job and completing it well. I highly recommend CK's for your plumbing needs, they do a great job!

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...
