Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Ok, if you're older - like me - you remember the days when small businesses were responsible, reliable, prompt, courteous, hard-working, dependable, etc. Well, we found that in Full Stack Plumbing. It's almost unbelievable that a business like this exists today. There was absolutely nothing to complain about from 1st contact on Sunday until our septic pump was replaced on Wednesday. Curry immediately knew what the situation was once he looking into the system and gave us our options. We knew exactly when he was in route to our house and the timing of everything was exactly the way he called it on Monday - no last minute changes.
So, when something so potentially serious as a plumbing issue happens to you, call these guys and get the best service and efficiency that you possibly can. They get it done right and at the time they tell you.
Put down your google search - this isn't Amazon - call Full Stack and get the problem solved so that you can get on with your life...

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

Josh is a fantastic plumber. Super professional, polite, and great at what he does. Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

A faulty installation of a toilet about 6 years ago resulted in a leak resulting in severe damage to the sub floor, floor joists and the vanity. Reagan and his team fully restored the bathroom in a professional manner using high quality components for any necessary replacement items. Throughout the remediation process they answered questions and explained what they were doing and why. I highly recommend their services.

We renovated our kitchen. The new garbage disposal and sink required new plumbing, which was not anticipated I called Edwin, he arrived within 2 hours. Edwin and Bruno were professional, tidy, and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Could not be more pleased with this company. From the owner to the office staff, everyone was friendly and competent. Nice to see that businesses like this still exist.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
