Best Need Plumbing Repairs in Durham NC

My husband and I noticed a high pitched screech coming from our water heater under the house when we turned on a faucet in the house. We called a few places but they were either booked up or didn't answer their phones. We contacted After Hours and they were thankfully able to come out the very next day! We were really worried about it getting worse with the Hurricane weather on the way and we were so thankful they could fit us in so quickly. Matt was so wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain to us what was happening and what we would need to fix the problem. When we discovered that our Home Warranty wouldn't cover the replacement parts, Matt told us what he recommended we replace and what could wait a little while to help with our budget. This was our first time using After Hours and we can tell why it is so highly rated. We had a wonderful first experience and will definitely call them if we have any other plumbing or water heater needs.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

This company is definately top notch. We had a major water heater leak and were facing alot of repairs to our finished lower level due to water damage that occured over the Memorial day weekend. I called Full Stack on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning they came out and assessed the problem as well as options for what type of water heater would be best to install to prevent this from occurring again. By 1 that afternoon everything was fixed. They did a fantastic professional job on the installation and they were very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if I need any other repairs done.

Called Lane Plumbing after two other companies were unable to unclog my sewer line. The second company said they may be able to unstop clog by using a light and then a backhoe in the yard for a price of $2800 +, I called Lane to get a third opinion and I'm so glad I did. They gave me an estimate over the phone, sent two plumbers out to assess and repair the problem for less than 450. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Give them a try.

Axis is excellent. They respond quickly, do excellent work, and have competitive pricing. We've used them to fix leaky faucets, install a sink, inspect a pump, and deal with an emergency on a holiday. We've always been pleased with their work.

In my search for a person to do extensive repair work on my old leaking shower, I feel blessed to have found Josh of Dynamic Plumbing. I had my bathroom remodeled by Bernie and Seth and I am very happy with their work. They took out a large window and tub and installed a smaller privacy window with a walk-in shower and bench. They took out the old narrow shower and built shelves for a linen closet area. They used my existing vanity but were able to raise its height to a more comfortable level. They tiled the shower, the bench and the floor. They did a great job!

Professional service. They returned a few times to completely fix the concerns we had. The second crew, especially, seemed very knowledgeable. Quick response and was able to get appointments quickly.

Cannot speak more highly of the service I received today. Called yesterday. Plumber came this morning as promised. Did what I had asked, and just so expertly and professionally. Removed the “spaghetti” of waste pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing them with a simpler, safer, more logical layout. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. We had Total Plumbing do a chlorine treatment on our water well. They did a very good and thorough treatment and then follow up purge of the water lines. They were hard workers, knowledgeable in the complete process, and on schedule.
I would definitely recommend these guys.
