I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Out The Door Plumbing came to the rescue again! Replaced my mother in laws hot water heater with no hassle!

Pros:- They installed a new water heater within 24 hour notice and it seems to be quality work to my untrained eyeCons:- Upon arrival, the plumber told us it would take about 3-4 hours to complete. It took over 7 hours, which isn’t a big deal, but the water was shut off to the house for 6+ of those hours, including while he was out getting the new water heater and eating lunch. We had to run to the store and buy bottled water so we had something to drink…- He was extremely condescending any time I asked a question about the job- He didn’t install insulation that came with the new water heater.- He didn’t clean up his work area at all. There was trash in the crawl space and on my driveway. He even asked me to burn the box that the new water heater came in, and I was in such disbelief that I agreed.- He left the water heater at our curb, saying Durham county would pick it up for free, which it turns out they don’t service our area, so I had to call several providers to try to get someone to haul it away.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Roto-Rooter did a great job! They arrived within hours of me calling them, and the plumber fixed my problem in about an hour! Very happy with the service I received from Roto-Rooter in Raleigh.

We had a mysterious water leak in the bathroom. RotoRooter was very quick to get out to us, and once the tech arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He did his best to make the repair as minimally-invasive as possible, and was very helpful in explaining everything he did.

This individual is not only great at customer service but also does excellent work. He was very professional, honest, and did some of the best plumbing work I have seen.
