Called for a emergency. But was told that they don’t do after hours emergency for new customers. Well I had everything overflowing and and needed someone out here. Had to call someone else.

My service repair began with my technician calling me to notify me that he was on the way to my home. He arrived on time as scheduled, and began to determine what my issue was. He educated me on what my issue was, and worked quickly to repair my leaky drain, and cleaned up after himself once the repair work was done. He was very professional and courteous, and took all of the necessary precautions to protect me and my family during this COVID19 pandemic. My technician was also thoughtful enough to provide me with an estimate of the total cost of my repair before starting. I really appreciate the service I was provide it today and I look forward to using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs. They make plumbing repairs a breeze!! The Folks at Jordan Plumbing were very courteous and helpful. Several items fixed in my home. Two additional visits made to my home to work on new hoses applied to washing machine - water would not flow into the washer. Ended up the new hoses I purchased were faulty! Now washing machine works perfectly, as well as the other items fixed yesterday. Jordan Plumbing went above and beyond to fix the water flow to the washing machine. I will refer friends and family to Jordan Plumbing!

The technician did a great job and was very personable. I took off a star because we had scheduled a service mid-week with a 4pm-8pm window. I had to take off work early to make the window, but they were a no-call no-show (I even called the dispatch office around 7pm to confirm the appointment which the central office assured me was set). When I called again at 8pm, I was transferred to the foreman who was very nice and apologetic but I had to reschedule for a Saturday. No idea why they spaced on my service window.
