We had a bad experience with them. They sent a technician to fix our plumbing issue. He could not solved our problem but charged us 320 dollars and promised to send another technician to come to fix the problem. We had been waiting for two days for the technician during the time window provided by the company. The technician member showed up.

Prompt, and thorough. Called them to fix what I was afraid was a burst pipe but turned about to be a leaky handle in a tub that just needed tightening up.

Harry did a fantastic job! Very personable and professional. He quickly assessed the situation at hand, made a precise incision into the sheetrock to obtain an accurate diagnostic (leaky pipe in the ceiling), provided a solution and viable alternatives with correlating costs so I could make an informed decision, and then proceeded to fix the issue in a non-invasive manner (saving me money by not severing the HVAC runs and neighboring pipes - I'm not sure how he did it). Very happy with Bizzy Bee Plumbing - would definitely use again.
