I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Juan did a great job cleaning my kitchen sink drain clog. He called to let me know when he would arrive and also showed me a leak under the house from my shower pan that needs to be addressed.

The City of Raleigh requires each homeowner to get the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system certified once a year, so I needed a licensed cross connection inspector. A neighbor recommended Edwin from PK Plumbing, who is licensed by the city. Edwin was easy to schedule, arrived at the appointed time, took care of the inspection, and submitted the certification to the city. He was very friendly and explained it all. I would definitely call them when I need this done again or for any other plumbing needs.

Responded within an hour of inquiry and came the same day. Did a great job unclogging the drain in a house we just bought where it was clear that previous owners did not address the problem for some time. He explained what he was doing in detail before, during and after completing it. I would absolutely use Jordan Plumbing again.
