I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Bernie added an entire door to the a stairwell in our home. He had to build out a wall and match existing finishings/style - and he did an amazing job. It looks like the door has always been there. Bernie is genuinely honest and concerned with doing excellent work (as well as being highly talented). I am happy to recommend Bernie for any home repairs, renovations or other work!

This company went out of their way to make sure we had a functional fireplace for Thanksgiving within TWO DAYS. Very nice, very professional, communicative and considerate. Also I usually have to ask for people to wear shoe coverings before coming into my home but the gentleman that visited us was already on it. I’ll recommend this company to everyone & I hope my landlord only uses them in the future.

I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on. Had the water main pipe to break in my driveway called other plumbing companies they wanted to charge me just to come to my hose for an estimate not Jones Plumbing. Jacob was very professional he updated me on what was going on with every new process and showed me where the problem was and how they were going to complete the steps. Assured me the job would be completed in one day and he did just that even worked right through the rain. He's hard working very diligent, professional so was his employee. I will Definitely use Jones Plumbing again in the future!!! I will reccomend to my family and friends.
