Legacy plumbers are honest, thorough, and skilled problem solvers. I've used them for 5+ years at two properties. At one property, in particular, I've had some challenging requests, and they've always come through. My impression is that it's top-down from the owner. I've communicated with him a couple of times, and he's always been totally on-the-level. I can't recommend Legacy highly enough.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
