We called to have our garbage disposal replaced. Jayk's set up an appointment to do it and showed up right on time. Abel drove to Lowe's to purchase the exact disposal we wanted and installed it for us. He had to reroute and install some new piping to prevent some of the problems we'd exdperienced with our old unit due to poor pipe routing design, not to mention we went from a 1/3 HP unit to a full 1 HP unit. The whole thing came out perfect and works like a charm. Abel was a true professional and did a great job.
This is the second time we've used Jayk's. They installed a new water heater for us a year ago. They do a great job at a reasonable price. If we have any other plumbing issues we will call on them.

Called these guys for emergency service of a water leak reported by my utility provider. Initial response was okay although the rep showed up unannounced. He called his dispatch service because he needed and different person to come out to my house. He wasn't a plumber. Dispatch never called me back or provided any updates and a plumber never showed up to my house. Would not recommend for emergency services.

Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

We just had our toilet serviced by two Jordan technicians. They were very friendly, professional and tidy. Their prices were very fair which is why we have used them in the past. We give them 5 stars, A plus for their service.

Tim was very nice and professional, immediately knew what my problem was, and wanted to stay to see the dishwasher drain correctly. When I told him a quick cycle would take an hour, he gave me his personal number for me to call and tell him it drained successfully. Excellent service!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
