The associate, Erik B., was very professional and personable. Diagnosed the leak issue, told me what he needed to perform for repairing the leak. Repair was done in a timely manner. He wiped up any water, showed me the repair he did to ensure I was satisfied with his work.

Our Roto-Rooter tech, Philip, was absolutely fantastic. He worked long and hard to clear the pipes of our 60-year old kitchen and was a great sport about all of the nastiness hiding in there. We recently bought the house and apparently they haven't been cleaned in a long time, if ever. Philip was professional, gracious, and answered all of my questions. Given how much work was behind a simple clearing out the sink clog, I think we got a great deal and will keep Roto-Rooter on speed dial for future needs.

Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.

Our plumbing emergency and need for a plumber happened around 7 pm when we could expect the roads to start refreezing. Our Durham Rotor-Rooter plumber, Junior, was the only one who would come to help us. He arrived about 9:30 pm and stayed till the job was completed which was about 11:30pm.Pleasant, gentle nature, helpful, and professional.Will look forward to recommending him, and calling on him again should the need arise.

They charge a $55 fee just to come look. There are other companies that will come out and look for free.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
