Streamline was quick to respond. John called Monday morning at 7:30 AM to let me know he’d be here at 8 AM. He was respectful, professional, and quick. John showed me pictures that he had taken of my AC unit and explained what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. When he was finished, he stayed around to make sure it was working and cooling off the house, using a pool at the register to check the air temperature. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did work on AC and heating units, they also do plumbing and electric. And they had a very reasonable and maintenance plan. I signed up that day, and the discounts applied immediately. I will be reaching out to them in the near for plumbing, work and electrical work. I sure hope John can come and do the job.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!

The very helpful services representatives found some defective links in my heating system water supply and recommended replacing those links, to which I agreed. We agreed on an installation date within a few days, and the Happy Home representative appeared on time, announced by both an email and a phone call early in the morning when scheduled. He arrived shortly thereafter, completed the repairs within a couple of hours, and showed me photographs of the rusty parts that had to be replaced. Piedmont Metro installed my dad’s downstairs unit 2 years ago and replaced the upstairs unit recently. Both times, they have been professional, knowledgeable, on time, and offered fantastic customer service. Recently, I’ve had to call them out a few times to make a few tweaks and they came out right away every time.
