My regular plumber no longer available so he referred me to Plumb Serve. I called and spoke to lady I think her name was Kelly. Very nice. She worked the schedule to have someone come that morning. I got called less than 30 minutes later that they were at my house and told me what the problem was and they could come back that afternoon around 2 and do the job. I came home around 2:45 and they were working on it. Job fininished by 4:30. Very nice and professional. They may now be my permanent plumber.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Awesome!! I use CW and Full Stack for our construction company (renovations, new builds etc) and have never had an issue. This call was for my Church, we had them take care of a difficult commercial triple sink installation. Communication was great, showed when they stated, knock3ed the job out fast AND cleaned up after.

I have used CDK many times in the past but was very disappointed with this service call and will no longer be using them for any plumbing needs. I will find another plumber who does not install upgraded parts without first informing the customer of the huge price difference.

Bar-D really came through for me. I called five plumbers this morning to fix an overflowing toilet (I have just the one) and all were booked solid for days. But Bar-D said they would figure out a way to help. Within the hour they were at my house. It turned into a much bigger issue than first thought, but they stayed until the job was done. Amazing customer service!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Excellent service with the installation of a replacement toilet fixture. Installed in less than 12 hours of the request. Communication was excellent between the owner and me and he was MOST responsive regarding outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend and will use this firm again when needed. Price was very reasonable as well!
