Our PVC was broken by landscapers at our well and PlumbServe worked us into their schedule so we could have water again. Office staff and technician were very responsive, professional, and helpful to get our issue taken care of. Called when they were on their way which was much appreciated!

Had a sewer line backup. Called Roto-Rooter after calling two other plumbers. One told me his machine was broken and he was waiting for a part and the other wasn't able to show up till the next day unless they had a cancellation. Roto-Rooter responded in a little over hour and quickly resolved the problem. Tim, the tech, was pleasant and understanding and respected our property.
