A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

poor customer sevice when I called to ask question. I was yelled at by one of the people working there and when I asked to speak to the owner when he got in the next day they gave my message to someone who isn't the owner. After the phone call with the owner we were tpld by the owner they will not give us a itemized list. they refused to give us one.

Joshua was very professional and was able to explain each step he took to determine where the blockage was in our plumbing. He honored the service warranty when the blockage returned 36 hrs later. He was very careful when opening clean out ports and tidied up all work areas. We were very satisfied with the job he did and would recommend JD Service for plumbing repairs.

Piedmont Metro did a great job responding quickly to evaluate our HVAC. They scheduled the appointment the next day and completed the work on time. Reece did a great job installing the new system and my kids enjoyed watching him work. We appreciate the owner, Robert coming out to review the job when it was completed.
