Best Air Conditioning Systems in Durham NC

Paid $1378 and my AC is still broken. Literally lasted an hour and broke again. Now I’m assuming they won’t refund my money and I’m forced to overpay for a new AC unit

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

Cannot speak more highly of the service I received today. Called yesterday. Plumber came this morning as promised. Did what I had asked, and just so expertly and professionally. Removed the “spaghetti” of waste pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing them with a simpler, safer, more logical layout. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

The company sent me a text with picture of the service technician and arrival time. Michael was wonderful, knowledgeable answered my questions and made me feel comfortable, he also had booties on his shoes so he didn't track anything inside the house. Thank you HAPPY HOME!!!

only complaint I have is that I called after 6 PM (they were listed as 24/7 but took only commercial calls after 6) and was told the team may not call back that night. However, they called promptly next morning and were onsite mid morning. Courteous service, quality repair (commode line broken at the tee in the wall), and respected my house.

Brown Brothers repaired a gas water heater that another plumbing company said needed to be replaced. We were grateful for efficient service that cost a fraction of what a new water heater would have cost.
