I have never had a more stress free experience with a plumber until Kurdel at Flow Star updated my outdated valves and hoses for my bathroom sink. I literally called, scheduled an appointment and he got me in the soonest available appointment time he had. He was there when he said he’d be and was extremely professional. I will certainly be using Flow Star again in the near future!!

Called these guys after hours, after a different company no call no showed on me for a daytime appointment. They showed up in the estimated time frame, and Robbie (?) got my toilet checked out and fixed in under an hour. He was very patient and informative, answering my endless questions while he worked. They will definitely be my first call for plumbing/heating in the future. Can’t thank them enough for being available outside of normal business hours—and two days before Christmas, no less!!

Called at 8:39 on Friday morning about leaking supply line to bathroom sink. Tech arrived within the hour. Repairs done and out the door by 10:30 after replacing both cold and hot, just in case (at my request)

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment.
