Bill is my families hero. After a mechanical failure that snowballed out of my inexperienced hands Bill walked me through what I needed get from the manufacturer and when it got here he got our heating and hot water running again in no time.

John is positively awesome! He came out on a Saturday so that I could finally have a shower, he didn't rob my bank account either. His prices are more than fair and some of the most cost effective of the different plumber's I contacted. He is my plumber for life!!

Last November we had a tech from Mountain Mechanical check on our furnace, looked like the mother board was going bad, so it was replaced for around $600. A few month later again, the mother board was going bad, thinking some switch was broke, when really it was the new mother board. We either get a new one, or a new furnace.

We spent a long time saving up, until a family member recommend we get Circle Plumbing & Heating check the furnace. Turns out the furnace really needed a wiring switch, and some adjustments since it wasn't installed properly. That costed us about $100 and the furnace has been working well since then.

We won't work with Mountain Mechanical, if you do, try Circle Plumbing & Heating first, or for a second opinion.

Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves.

Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. He was done in a bit over an hour, re-plumbed the pipes that he noticed were seized up and leaking, and gave us recommendations for keeping our water heater maintained better in the future!

We really can't say enough good things about Kevin! He's our first call from now on!

Brad is amazing! I had called two other well know companies in the Matsu Valley for a rental property. One never showed and the other could not identify the problem. The whole team at Rock Solid did an amazing job for us when our furnace quit working in the middle of a very cold week this spring. They were very prompt to come out and diagnose the problems we were having and got us a quote for a new furnace quickly and had us scheduled for the replacement in a timely manner. David and Jason came out and installed the new furnace and they did an amazing job! Overall we had a great experience with Rock Solid and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be. I have always been impressed with the quality customer service, care, and parts used by Moore Heating. Jason is great and very responsive and always transparent with every estimate. I always recommend Moore heating to my coworkers for their HVAC needs.
