Excellent customer service and quality work! They were able to diagnose gas fireplace repair over phone so could bring parts and repair on the spot. Very fair price and quick response.

They installed both a new tank-less water heater and a new forced air system in my home. Both work great. In 2 years, they only have had to come in twice to repair a dripping pan and a clogged air intake pipe for my water heater. That fixed it.

Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.

We had Paragon come in and install a fantastic Triangle Tube natural gas system for us. The system was put in as asked…on time, with a lot of love and integrity! We would recommend Paragon to anyone looking for a great system at a fair price. Craig, the installer, was very personable, professional, and honest…oftentimes, a rare combination in construction. If you want it done right…give Craig a fair shot at a bid!

I usually just read reviews but decided to contribute one as I was impressed with Rock Solid service. Zack was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. It was great they had office staff available during normal work hours to setup appointments and great they had parts stocked on their service truck to promptly repair our furnace. Will definitely use them again!

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be.
