Best Plumbing Project in Anchorage AK

I cannot sing their praises enough! AK Clearwater Mechanical did all the plumbing, heating, and HRV systems in our new home and they installed our MASSIVE fireplace! They are wonderful to work with and have the BEST customer service! We even had a couple of issues after we moved in and when I called them they came right away and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. Call them! You'll be SO glad you did!!!

I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

The Technician was awesome. (Michael.) He was very thorough and tracked down the problem. I am disabled and elderly and he was patient and communicated everything clearly. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate Living Waters for all the help they gave me.

Carrier Furnace under warranty went out during coldest month of year, technician said no one had parts anywhere in country and he would offer me $500 credit towards a new $5000 furnace. Called Carrier to complain, after that parts overnighted after I paid shipping and labor for 2 technician visits. Do not use these scam artists and don't install Carrier systems in Alaska, they only did the work when I called Carrier directly.

After sending email to owners I was reimbursed $100. This place is a joke.

Mike's team was late every step of the way through our tub and Surround installation project. The plumbing under the tub leaked causing the ceiling in the bathroom below to need replacing. His team fixed the leak and repaired the drywall in a timely fashion. However, a few months later and we have another wet spot on the ceiling so apparently the leak was not fixed. I contacted Mike he set a time for the next day to take care of the problem and was a no call no show. I have since left several messages and he is ghosting me. Very unprofessional and unresolved issue.
